You will need
- Your favorite rice cakes (I used unsalted and plain)
- A banana
- Your favorite peanut butter
- Your favorite honey
- Cracked almond (optional)
- Coconut flakes (optional)
- Cacao powder (optional)
- Cacao nibs (optional)
This snack is protein rich (peanut butter), has enough vitamin and nutrients (honey), healthy carbs (banana) which makes it the perfect pre or post workout snack. Its takes less than five minutes to make too, which is great!
- Spread the peanut butter on the rice cake
- Add pieces of banana on top
- Add honey on top and voila!
- To make it even more tasty you can add the optional ingredients listed above. Just play with the ingredients and add you favorite fruits.
